Abstract

This brief contribution seeks to offer the reader some insights that the French Jesuit philosopher Michel de Certeau proposes to think about the way of the beginning of the faith. Based on the “turning around” category present in this author and detached from the Gospel of the Resurrection of Jesus, it is hoped to demonstrate how the believing experience is, above all, a dynamic of departures, searches and ruptures with standard questions. Only in the recovery of the lost, in the words of De Certeau, is it possible to open up to the ever-new field of faith.
