Abstract

The article examines a fundamental dimension within programs for the formation of teachers, which is the ethical formation of teachers. Ethical formation within organizational management itself seems to be an unattended dimension. A sound understanding of ethical management, which seeks to improve the development of both institutional and individual values, must establish a strategic link between professional formation and institutional development. This linkage produces dynamism between human capital formations which in turn promotes overall improvement of an institution that recognizes the need for ethical formation on all organizational levels of the school.
