Ethics and political activity. Hate speeches, negationism and disinformation at chile’s constitutional convention

Abstract
This article analyzes the so-called "Ethic and Coexistence Regulation; prevention and sanction of political and gender violence, hate speech, negationism and different sorts of discrimination; and probity and transparency in the exercise of the charge" of the Constitutional Convention of Chile (2021-2022). This analysis mainly focuses on highlighting the value, philosophical and problematic implications associated to three issues that the author considers important at the intersection of ethical reflection and political activity, namely, hate speech, negationism and disinformation.
