Approximation to the humanization of the sports and its sportsmen and sportswomen.

Abstract

Approaching the phenomenon of sport and its sportsmen from the humanization is complex, It is an activity with established foundations and entrenched paradigms that are insurmountable. This essay aims at linking the emerging science, the human mobility (its main objective being understanding men as a transcendent and unique human being pursuing happiness). To include in this analysis, aspects of neuroscience, from understanding the answers that produces the brain to different stimuli and how it processes its responses, linking the emotional and affective in the sport and its sportsmen. The idea is to make it tangible how this happens in particularly different sports as the Rhythmic Gymnastics and Soccer. There is a need to cross disciplines and knowledge to contribute to better results in the actions of this man full of needs that becomes more humane among human beings and Nature.
