Abstract

The following article introduces to the Physical Education teacher the basic concepts that allow him or her to interact with students safely and comfortably in a natural environment. The most important part of the outdoor activities and their development in a natural landscape, rather than in a school yard or a gym, challenges the teacher to have excellent criteria for anticipating and considering dangerous situations. Evaluating the risks present in the activity and the environment enables the teacher to check various mechanisms in potential accidents and make the right decisions to protect the students and provide excellent activities. The teacher, as the role model for the students, works with the natural environment, specific equipment and techniques to provide excellent physical and experiential education for his or her students
